Cancellation Policy —

At Curl Up & Dye we value and respect our client's time and scheduling needs, and we extend the same courtesy to our salon stylists and staff. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy to create a fair and balanced work environment.  We now require a minimum of 48-hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When a client reschedules or cancels within 48 hours of the appointment booked, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. When a client does not show up for a booked appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged to a card on file or become an incurred expense on that client’s next appointment total.

A minimum $500 non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal service bookings. If this service is cancelled 90 days before the date of booking, the deposit will be returned in full.

 

Salon Safety —

Curl Up & Dye is a family friendly salon, however, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during your schedule visit. We encourage parents or guardians to arrange for childcare prior to their appointment. Children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety risk to themselves and our staff. We work in an environment that includes sharp scissors, razors and chemicals, as well as hot curling and flat irons. 

Please understand that while we love including your family in ours, our primary concerns are that of creating a safe work place for out clients and staff.
